Klaro Pro — Terms of Sale
Last updated 6 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Klaro PH is an online reviewer for the Philippine Optometry Licensure Examination, at klaroph.app.
Contact: Klaro.PH.Support@gmail.com. We aim to resolve every complaint within 7 calendar days.
2. What you buy
Klaro Pro is access to the Pro features of the Klaro reviewer for a fixed period. The Pro features are higher daily practice limits, full-length mock exams and all clinical simulators, as described on the plan page at the time of purchase.
Klaro is a practice tool. It is independent and not affiliated with the Professional Regulation Commission, and we make no promise about exam results. The free plan stays available to every account.
3. Prices
Prices are in Philippine pesos and shown before you pay:
- 1 month: ₱299
- 3 months: ₱599
- 6 months: ₱999
Every price is the all-in price: no extra fees are added at checkout. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added or shown.
The amount you are charged is exactly the amount shown when you tap Pay. If a price changes while the page is open, you are asked to confirm the new price before anything is charged. Price changes apply only to future purchases, never to time you have already bought.
4. Payment
You pay once, by QR Ph, through our payment provider PayMongo, with GCash, Maya or a bank app that supports QR Ph.
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and pay.
We do not receive or store your e-wallet or bank login details.
5. When access starts and ends (Manila time)
All dates and times are Philippine time (UTC+8).
- Start: access starts when your payment is confirmed or, if you already have Pro or a free trial, when your current access ends.
- End: paid access ends at the same Manila date and time, 1, 3 or 6 calendar months later. If that date does not exist in the ending month, access ends on the last day of that month, at the same time.
- Where to see it: the plan page shows each plan's end date before you pay, and My plan shows your current end date.
6. Renewing early and combining plans
If you buy while you still have access, the new time is added after your current end date, so no remaining days are lost. Any plan can follow any other plan.
7. Free trials
Free trials are offered through codes given to schools and organisations.
- Each Google account can use one free trial, ever. Deleting and re-creating your account does not reset this.
- A code may be limited to a school email domain, a number of uses and an end date. Trial length is set per code (1 to 30 days).
- A trial ends at 11:59:59 PM Manila time on its last day.
- No payment details are needed, and nothing is charged when a trial ends: the account returns to the free plan.
- If you buy during a trial, your paid time starts when the trial ends.
- We may pause or end a code at any time. Trials already started continue until their end date.
- A trial is not available to an account that already has Pro.
8. Discount codes
- A discount code reduces the price of the plans named on the code. The discounted price is shown before you pay and is the amount charged.
- Each discount code can be used once per Google account.
- A discount cannot be combined with another code or with the early-member rate, and it does not apply to earlier purchases.
- Codes have a limited number of uses and an end date. We may pause or end a code at any time. A school discount linked to a trial applies only while that discount code is active.
- No discounted price goes below ₱100.
9. Early-member rate
Members we identified as eligible (paid 6-month members with access on 26 September 2026) see the offer in My plan. It lets them renew once for 6 months at ₱499 until 31 October 2027, 11:59:59 PM Manila time. The new time starts after their current end date.
The offer is used up by one ₱499 renewal (including a ₱499 renewal made on the earlier single-plan page), and it is not restored if that renewal is later refunded or disputed.
10. All sales are final
Access starts right away, or when your current access ends. All sales are final — no refunds, including after you have used Klaro. Charged twice, or paid but no access? Contact us and we'll fix it.
11. Payment disputes (chargebacks)
If you dispute a payment with your bank or e-wallet, the access bought with that payment is removed while the dispute is open. If the dispute is decided in our favour, contact us and we will restore that access.
Please contact us first; most problems are fixed faster that way.
12. Your account
Klaro uses Google sign-in, and access belongs to the Google account you use. School accounts can close after graduation, so we recommend an account you will keep. If your school account closes, email us from your new account and we can move your remaining paid time once, after verifying both accounts.
13. Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account by emailing us from the account's address. Deleting removes your account, plan and trial data. Remaining paid time is lost. Payment records are kept as the law requires for sales records.
To stop a second free trial on the same Google account, we keep a one-way code derived from your Google account, only for that purpose.
See our Privacy Notice.
14. Changes to Klaro and these terms
We improve Klaro over time, including the questions, features and simulators. If we change these terms, the version shown when you paid applies to that purchase.
Some practice questions may be prepared with the help of AI tools; new ones are reviewed by our team before they are shown.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
